What We're Looking For
Pushing industry boundaries, Jukebox is a customer-first company offering beautifully crafted print products with unbeatable service. We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Toronto team in the dynamic Liberty Village. The ideal candidate needs to be a skillful communicator and problem solver with vast knowledge of the print industry.
What You'll Do
- Assisting customers via phone, email, and online chat
- Liaising with customers and our in-house teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensuring order, product, and service inquiries are adequately attended to
- Remaining up to date with Jukebox's products and services
- Front-of-house reception duty—as needed.

What You Need
- Bachelor's Degree
- Customer Support: 3 years (call center, hospitality, retail, or similar positions)
- Print/Graphic Communications: 1 year
- Strong experience with printing terminology, with a full understanding of Digital and Offset production
Bonus
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite programs (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Work Schedule:
The Customer Service Representative position is full time and working hours are Sunday-Thursday or Monday-Friday with variations of 10AM-6PM/11AM-7PM/12:30PM-8:30PM. Training shifts will be at our Liberty Village office Monday-Friday from 10AM-6PM.
