Yes! Foam boards can be cut into any shape you need. Whether you’re looking for something unique or a standard design, we’ve got you covered. Our default shapes include square, rectangle, and circle, but if you have a custom shape in mind, you can request a quote and upload your shape design here, and we’ll bring your vision to life.

What sizes are available for foam board printing?

Foam boards are available in a wide range of sizes, from small options like 3x3 inches to larger formats up to 48x44 inches. Whether you need a small sign or a big event display, we've got you covered. Custom sizes are also available upon request.

What material and thickness are your foam boards?

Our foam boards are made of premium white stock and have a thickness of 5mm. This thickness is ideal because it’s lightweight yet durable, making it perfect for signage, event displays, and more.

Are foam boards waterproof or water resistant?
 

While the surface of the foam board has a protective coating, we don't recommend exposing the foam boards to moisture. Foam boards are not waterproof and can absorb water, which may lead to damage over time. If you need a material that is waterproof, please see our Coroplast posters, which are designed to withstand exposure to water and provide better durability in wet conditions.

How quickly can I get my foam boards?

We offer a fast turnaround time. Foam boards can be ready in 1-2 business days, depending on the order. If you have special requests or need a rush order, feel free to email us at [email protected], and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Can I choose between different finishes?

  • Yes! We offer two finish options:

    • Super Gloss Finish: This high-shine finish brings out vibrant colors and creates a polished, eye-catching look.
    • Super Matte Finish: For a more elegant and glare-free look, the super matte finish is ideal, especially for formal events like wedding seating charts.
